Blåbærsuppe (Blueberry Soup)

10½ ounces blueberries
2½ cups water
1¼ teaspoon cornstarch
sugar to taste

Stir everything together while cool, and then bring to a boil. Enjoy it hot in a cup or cold in a bowl.

I used to do something very much like this with crepes. It's been a few years since I last tried it.... hm, not sure why though since I liked it so much. You may have inspired me to give it another go at my table.

So, we've just tried making this for the first time. We added a ½ cup of sugar and a third of a teaspoon of vanilla. We also mashed up the blueberries. It's a lot better that way, I think.
