So when I made it this year, I cut up 3 red delicious apples and had about one apple's worth of leftover chunks.I used an 11-ounce can of mandarin oranges and felt like that was a better amount.I'd say I used about ⅔ to ¾ of a pomegranate.That might go some way toward pinning down a more precise recipe.
